949 Design is the design & direction practice of Lauren Earl.
Lauren is a New Zealand designer specialising in Creative Direction and Graphic Design. She holds a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Visual Communication Design, with First Class Honours from Massey University in Wellington.
At the age of 23 Lauren successfully published her own book, Flatter’s Survival Guide (formerly known as Flatmate’s Handbook). Flatter’s Survival Guide won multiple awards and has now sold out in stores and online.
Today she works as the Senior Graphics & Brand Manager for a large-scale New Zealand high-street fashion brand, conceiving and designing a wide variety of promotional materials, directing campaigns and continuing to run her own design business as well.
From Auckland to Orange County, Sydney is the next stop.
